Michele Miller has worked in Dr. Hillyard's office for 17 years. She graduated from the Community College of Philadelphia in 1981 and worked in several well respected general and periodontal dental practices before joining Dr. Hillyard's office.
Michele is regarded by many as one of the best hygienists in our area and works hard to ensure that all her patients have the very best oral care. After all these years, she still finds it rewarding to work with patients in achieving good oral health. Working with Dr. Hillyard's practice has enabled her to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry.
Danielle O'Donnell has worked in Dr. Hillyard's office for 10 years. She earned her degree from Harcum College in 2005.
Danielle loves working in Dr. Hillyard's office with state of the art equipment that allows her to treat all of her patients with the very highest level of care. Patients love Danielle's thorough, yet gentle, cleanings.
Kristen Clark has served as the office manager supporting Dr. Hillyard and his team for the past 18 years. Her most important job is interacting with our patients and ensuring their visit is as comfortable as possible. She is available to answer any questions they may have, including helping our patients understand their insurance coverage and benefits.
Working in the office for so many years, she has established meaningful relationships with both patients and their families, and she appreciates being a part of such a highly qualified dental team. For her, the office team has become her second family and she could not imagine working anywhere else.
Janice Carr has been with Dr. Hillyard's dental office for 17 years. She graduated from McCarrie Technical School in 1987 with a degree in dental lab technology and went on to Harcum College where she received her license to become an expanded function dental assistant. She enjoys working in an office equipped with the very latest in dental technology for their patients.
Jan is especially good at helping patients who have fear of dental procedures stay calm and relaxed. Jan has great stories to tell, which keep her patients completely distracted and enjoying the conversation.
Mary Beth Rafferty has worked with Dr. Hillyard for 28 years. When she first started working in the practice, he personally trained her to be the full time receptionist and dental assistant. As the office grew, from just the two of them to a full dental staff, her responsibilities have changed, as did the size of the practice. Today, the office has the most up to date dental sterilization lab, x-Ray equipment and computer programs.
Mary Beth loves that whether she is working the front desk or assisting Dr. Hillyard, they are able to provide the best care for their patients. She touts Dr. Hillyard as an amazing person and doctor, who has helped make the office one big happy family.
With over 40 years experience as a full time certified dental assistant, Barbara Wilkas has worked with Dr. Hillyard for 16 years. In 1973, she graduated from McCarrie for Dental Assisting and went on to receive her Certified Dental Assisting Certification in 2006 from Harcum College. Throughout her career, she has always been focused on the patient, making sure each one feels as comfortable as possible by helping them understand any dental procedure performed.
Barbara appreciates the arrival of Dr. Monroe to the practice who has introduced her to new approaches in the always changing and improving dental world. The opportunity to be a part of Dr. Hillyard's practice has been a wonderful and rewarding part of her career.
Linda Stitzer has worked in Dr. Hillyard's office for 22 years greeting patients at the front desk. She has enjoyed every minute of the past two decades thanks to the great and caring team.

Barbara Zerr has worked in Dr. Hillyard's dental office for 2 years. She received a bachelor of science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Barbara has over twenty-five years experience in the medical field, including working at the Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital and in home care for Home Nurse and Main Line Health.
She enjoys working with a professional, friendly, compassionate and personable staff, and she loves to be able greet patients with a friendly smile, assisting them and the staff however she can.
